Event recap: International Telecoms Week 2021

Capacity Media's International Telecoms Week event took place 29 August – 1 September and Viber's Senior Director of Business Messaging Solutions Etienne Dupont was featured on the panel "Accelerating RCS & adapting to omnichannel approaches".

Rich messaging has had a challenging year and the industry is divided on OS lines. The panel discussed the hurdles still to be overcome, how to change mindsets to get off the ground as well as the trend for enterprises to adopt an omnichannel approach to maximise messaging reach according to recipient preferences and technical capabilities.
